『喜楽長　純米辛口』
 

ご要望の多かった『喜楽長』が、遂にラインナップ！

ベタな表現ですが、スッキリと辛口で 
辛口ラヴァーにはもってこいの滋賀の銘醸・喜多酒造さん♪



『竹鶴　純米　3年熟成』

僕の実家・広島県は竹原市の竹鶴酒造。

あの竹鶴政孝の生家が醸す熟成酒！
イメージしていた3年熟成とは一線を画す、クセは抑え気味。
それなのに、喉を通ったあとに沸き上がってくる「ぶわわ」という香味がたまりません。

常温にてご提供。
40度くらいの燗がベストかと思われますので、飲み比べても面白いかも。



『竹鶴　純米　5年熟成　秘傳』　with　みぃさん

「秘傳」の名にふさわしい、5年熟成。
これがこの蔵の元々のスタンダードだったらしいので、恐るべし竹鶴家。

口にしてみると、意外や意外。
3年よりもスッキリ感があります。

それでも更に2年の歳月を経た複雑味は、未体験ゾーン。
燗づけすると、さらにふくよかさが増して・・・

 

一飲の価値アリ。
